Montréal’s aerospace sector enjoys an enviable reputation worldwide for its leading research and training centres. Home to 10 of the world’s major aerospace research centres, Greater Montréal has more than 13,000 engineers and scientists working in aerospace research and development, making it an international leader in aerospace innovation. The city is home to four universities offering study programs in the aerospace sector and has 5,000 specialized graduates per year.
