Cirka Distilleries

Inspired by North American microdistilleries and the high quality of homegrown products across the province, CIRKA is the first Québec microdistillery to produce spirits from grain to glass. Collaborating with local farmers and foragers for sourcing, to create an expression of Québec’s terroir, as well as chefs and bartenders for product development. A visit to this artisan distillery located on the historic Lachine Canal allows to see, hear, and smell the production process, and, of course, to taste everything that is made on site! The tour ends with a tasting of award-winning spirit and a stop at the boutique.
