A joint initiative of Business Events Montréal and the Palais des congrès de Montréal, The Knowledge Collective offers a single point of contact that streamlines the process. You’ll have access to a wide range of free tools and resources to attract an international event to Montréal.

Our free services
Our team of experts in event planning and organization offer you a streamlined process that lets you to represent your industry or field when you bid on holding a world-class event in our city. What we offer you:
- Feasibility study services
- Bid preparation and submission
- Help with scouting visits
- Financial aid (when applicable)
- Montréal is selected: Help with logistics and promotion of your event.
Eligibility
If participating in international events is key to growing your industry, get in touch with us. It might be your turn now to welcome your peers. The Knowledge Collective services are free and reserved for events with global reach that meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Montréal has not yet been chosen to host the event.
- The event is held on a regular basis.
- It rotates between at least three different countries.
- There is a minimum number of participants, half of whom are from outside of Québec.
- The event includes a minimum three-night stay.
