Quebec’s largest aquatic complex with pools, a gym and a sports medicine centre, the newly renovated aquatic facilities can be configured for both 25- and 50-metre swimming competitions and offer equipment that meets international norms (starting blocks, timing system, diving tower). The Sports Centre welcomes all, from seasoned athletes to families looking to stay active, in addition to hosting world-class competitions, such as the FINA World Diving Series each spring. Visitors can take advantage of the gym and swimming pools, as well as a wading pool and play area for those still learning to swim.
