Hôtel Nelligan
Set in charming Old Montréal, Hôtel Nelligan is a 19th-century building with luxurious, timeless decor and dedicated service for an exceptional stay. Hotel Le Germain at the Casino de Montréal
Adding to their already fully rounded Casino experience, Casino de Montréal owners Loto-Québec are planning a $200-million hotel project on their iconic Parc Jean-Drapeau site, in collaboration with the lauded boutique hotel chain Le Germain. The luxury property will consist of 220 rooms in a building that respects the importance and the natural beauty of the site, maintaining a low horizon line and a human scale. There will also be a conference room and a nordic spa. The views of the Formula 1 track during Grand Prix will be outstanding.

Royalmount Hotel
Royalmount is a 1.8 acre, $7-billion, carbon-neutral real estate project featuring a luxury mall, already open to the public as the project’s Phase 1. This community also features dining, entertainment and Le Fou Fou, a gourmet European-style food hall, a perfect place to hold events. In its future phases the complex will also include an aquarium, an ice rink and a hotel: a hospitality hub located halfway between the airport and downtown Montréal, where patrons will be able to immerse themselves in the unique culture of the community.

InterContinental Montréal
InterContinental Montréal faces the Palais des congrès de Montréal, aka the Montréal convention centre, and links directly to the underground pedestrian network. Guests are treated to a world of elegance and comfort in its splendidly appointed guest rooms, luxurious suites, and its popular restaurant, Osco! In February 2026, it will be closing for a period estimated at 14 to 18 months for a complete refresh and renovation.

StarCité Hotel
Located on a famous site in the city’s east end, mere steps from the Olympic Stadium, this hotel complex project designed by Provencher Roy will stretch over seven stories and 16,000 square feet. The project will transform the beloved StarCité cinema space — which will remain, in part, and provide entertainment options for the hotel patrons. It will also include a large exterior walkway, a public plaza, a spa, two restaurants and direct access to the metro station. The hotel’s multifunctional space will be designed to welcome 1,000 people.

voco hotels, the fastest growing premium brand in IHG Hotels & Resorts' global portfolio, marks its entry into the burgeoning Canadian market with an upcoming property in Montréal. Le Petit Hôtel Notre-Dame
This second Petit Hôtel installment brightens Notre-Dame Street in Old Montréal with the same formula as the original Petit Hôtel on Saint-Paul, which includes attentive and personalized service, breakfast and complimentary barista coffee all day long. It’s only the first of many: the Gray Collection have announced they’ll be developing a Petit Hôtel chain.

This historic property has fully restored its iconic Caf’Conc cabaret-style theatre, first opened in 1967.
